First you need to download the Android SDK. It may sound confusing but it's not. There are tools in here that we need. You can get it from http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html. This is a modular SDK and all the tools we need are in this download. Once downloaded you just need to extract it in a directory of choice.

More details have emerged on the first Samsung handset to run Android. A yet-to-be announced phone called the S8000 is being reported (translated) as the South Korean handset maker’s first entry. Look through the specs and you’ll see that this is not your typical Android phone.

An extremely pixelated picture of the first Samsung Android smartphone has been released, as part of a Samsung dealer presentation in Amsterdam today.  Details of the device are incomplete, but it’s known to use a large capacitive touchscreen and a 528MHz processor of unknown manufacture.
